About the role

Based in Loughborough within our Anthony James team, you’ll play a central role in managing commercial clients and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, supportive environment.


What you will be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a smooth journey from new business to renewal.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Working with insurers to secure suitable terms and maintain strong relationships.
  • Handling policy administration including renewals and endorsements.
  • Responding to client queries and supporting them through claims.


Who we are looking for

  • You'll bring commercial insurance experience and a confident, client-focused approach.
  • Experience managing commercial insurance portfolios (minimum two years).
  • Good communication skills and confidence using IT systems.
  • Cert CII (preferred) or willingness to continue professional development.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Sound understanding of insurance processes including renewals and policy administration.
