Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Commerce. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company in Spain
● Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company of application in Madrid, Spain. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
● Rotation 2: Continue in Madrid, Spain of application with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
● Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
● Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your country of application in Spain. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

About Commerce On-Trade at Heineken Spain:
In Commerce On-Trade, commercial strategy, consumer understanding, and execution excellence come together to drive our brands in key On-Trade consumption channels.
The role will contribute to the development and execution of On-Trade strategies, supporting key initiatives through performance analysis, market tracking, and in-point-of-sale activation execution. This position will work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams on go-to-market plans, innovation projects, and brand visibility across bars, restaurants, and events, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales teams and key stakeholders to ensure strong execution and brand consistency at every consumer touchpoint.
This opportunity offers exposure across key areas of the business, providing rotations through Distribution/Road to Market, Field Sales, and more strategic commercial roles (Trade Marketing/E-Business/Commercial Excellence, KAM...), gaining hands-on experience in market execution as well as a broader understanding of commercial strategy, customer management, and business planning.

Criteria & Conditions
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
● Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
● Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
● Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
● Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process
1. Application Submission:
a. Upload your CV through our application portal.
b. Application period is from March 3rd till March 27th, 2026.
a. If your application is suitable then you will receive online English test.
b. Test must be done from April 6th till April 10th, 2026.
3. Screen call with our recruiter:
a. We are going to make sure you profile match our needs and will give you extra info about the program
b. Phone calls will take place from April 13th till April 17th, 2026.
a. Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment during April 20th till April 26th, 2026.
a. Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these during May 4th till May 14th, 2026,
a. Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for last week of May and first week of June 2026.

You can complete the Online Assessment only once. If you apply to multiple GGP positions within the same country, you may receive several invitations, but the assessment is identical and accessible only a single time. Your result will be linked to the first position you applied for and visible only to recruiters for that specific role (e.g., GGP Finance, GGP Commerce). To avoid confusion and ensure your results align with your preference, we recommend applying to only one GGP position per country.
