Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing Specialist |Remote

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Attraction Advisor to join a growing, international team. In this role, you will drive recruitment marketing initiatives and partner closely with stakeholders to attract top talent across global markets.
  • Lead “always-on” talent attraction campaigns across digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Spotify, etc.)
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging content promoting employer branding and candidate experience
  • Partner with regional teams and hiring managers to address hiring challenges
  • Drive candidate pipeline generation and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion rates to optimise results
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing / talent attraction / digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and digital campaign tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative campaign ideas
