Wir suchen eine kreative und analytische Persönlichkeit, die Employer Branding nicht nur als HR-Marketing versteht, sondern als strategischen Aufbau einer starken Talent-Marke.

đź’ˇ Deine Rolle:

Du entwickelst und steuerst Employer Branding Kampagnen, erstellst authentischen Content (Social Media, Video, Eventmaterialien) und baust die Arbeitgebermarke auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, kununu, Glassdoor und Indeed weiter aus.

đź“Š Wichtig in dieser Rolle:
Die Kombination aus Kreativität und datengetriebenem Arbeiten – KPI-Analysen, Reporting und kontinuierliche Optimierung gehören zu deinem Alltag.

🎯 Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Employer Branding / HR-Marketing
  • Fähigkeit, Content eigenständig umzusetzen (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite o. ä.)
  • GespĂĽr fĂĽr zielgruppenspezifisches Storytelling im deutschen Markt
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Wohnort im Raum Hamburg und Bereitschaft zum hybriden Arbeiten
