The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of both Client’s and candidate’s relationship management process on particular ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ accounts. This may involve full cycle recruiting (market research, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, taking care of the administrative part/documentation flow, negotiating, employment branding, benefits knowledge and cultural fit assessment, and onboarding).

Independently identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc.
  • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
  • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
  • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members

Work with recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing

  • Use of Behavioral Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants
  • Create Behavioral Based Interviewing and Prescreening questions
  • Completion of skill and/or personality assessment
  • Completion of employment applications – analyze the information provided on application form

ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

  • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis

Manage Client Hiring Manager Relationships

  • Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
  • Work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers
  • Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed

Manage Offer Negotiation process

  • Work with Hiring Managers and make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates
  • Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates
  • Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (i.e. offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion)
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Fluent English and Spanish language knowledge
  • Experience in IT Recruitment
  • 3+ experience advising and working directly with Hiring Managers, managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: candidate attraction/sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing, candidate management and offer negotiations.
  • 2+ years of Recruiting/Sourcing including market mapping, creation and utilization of customized sourcing strategies to attract and recruit passive candidates including but not limited to internet mining, social media, web networking and competitive profiling.
  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
  • Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
