Premium Client Opportunity – HR Coordinator with German 🚀
For our client, a globally operating and highly reputable automotive manufacturer, we are looking for an HR Coordinator with German language skills to support recruitment operations within a highly structured and quality-driven corporate environment.
This role is well-suited for a professional who values clearly defined processes, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in an international setting where precision, accountability, and consistency are key.
Your responsibilities
End-to-end coordination of recruitment processes, including job postings and collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
Professional candidate management and communication throughout the entire hiring process
Scheduling and coordination of interviews
Administration and maintenance of ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting support
Coordination of contract-related processes and support of structured onboarding activities
Ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience in line with corporate standards and processes
Required skills
Proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or a comparable HR role
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Hands-on experience working with ATS systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously in a structured manner
Clear, professional, and reliable communication style, with a strong service mindset
Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within clearly defined corporate processes
Fluent German and English skills (minimum B2 level in both languages)
